Cosworth Panel Filter
This higher flowing and less restrictive panel filter fits in the stock air box for a no worries install. This filter does not adversely affect the air-fuel ratio and needs no additional tuning.

AEM Cold Air Intake System

AEM's Cold Air Intake for the EVO X uses their latest design technology to create and manufacture a high HP intake while remaining stealthy. The kit uses an AEM Dry Flow filter inside a large air box that is fed from the factory cold air ducting. AEM has tested this at a 16hp gain on a stock car. On a car with a full exhaust system we gained over 30 hp.

RRE Intake System
The kit includes a larger smoother turbo inlet pipe powdercoated a stealthy flat black color. A 5" diameter K&N filter connects to a CNC machined MAF adapter with an aluminum heat shield that doubles as a sturdy bracket. All black silicone hoses and heavy duty hose clamps connect everything for a great fit. All necessary parts are included.

The ETS MAF Intake Includes a huge 5" inlet K+N air filter which feeds the intake pipe via the ETS EVO X MAF adapter which is milled on the ETS lathe for the perfect transition to the inlet diameter of the MAF sensor tube.  With a built in dowel pin and precise inner diameter to make a 100% seal with the rubber grommet, this piece installs and fits as if it had a Mitsubishi part number.  The system is then braced to the chassis with an aluminum bracket to ensure no movement or vibration.  A single-piece mandrel bent 3" intake pipe makes the connection between the MAF and turbo with a smooth transition recirculation fitting for an easy connection to the BOV discharge.

3" Down Pipe

This 3" diameter stainless steel down pipe replaces just the short stock down pipe. It has an extra bung for installing a wide band O2 sensor later on if you like. Includes all necessary gaskets and hardware. Install is about one hour with the vehicle safely lifted for undercar access.

Our pipe kits are a high flowing stealthy option. 2.5" diameter mandrel bent pipes powdercoated a satin black. All high temperature silicone couplers are black with no markings or labeling. All tube ends are beaded and the kit includes heavy duty hose clamps guaranteed not to blow off.

The lower pipe kit runs from the lower intercooler outlet up to the throttle body with smooth minimum bends and support brackets.

Upper Pipe Kit

Our pipe kits are a high flowing stealthy option. 2.5" diameter mandrel bent pipes powdercoated a satin black. All high temperature silicone couplers are black with no markings or labeling. All tube ends are beaded and the kit includes heavy duty hose clamps guaranteed not to blow off.

The RRE Upper pipe kit uses smooth 2.5" mandrel bands for the straightest shot from the turbo outlet to the intercooler inlet. One flex coupler allows for engine movement with out stressing any connections.

Lower Pipe Kit

From the intercooler outlet the 2.5" mandrel bent piping continues around the core support, with only two gradual radius bends in its entire length, to the lower intercooler pipe bracket before making a straight shot to the throttle body.

The upper intercooler piping starts with a smooth mandrel bent 2.5" stock turbo outlet pipe which connects to the remainder of the hot side piping.  The stock turbo outlet pipe is separate to allow it to be swapped out with the installation of our EVO X turbo kit to come so that the remainder of the upper piping can be retained.  This ensures that you never have to "upgrade an upgrade" and spend more money on a new upper pipe when it comes time for a turbo kit.  Making the connection from the turbo outlet pipe to the intercooler is a single-piece mandrel bent 2.5" upper intercooler pipe.

The obvious tie-in between the UICP and LICP is the ETS EVO X Intercooler.  This unit is a tour de force in efficiency, distribution and flow.  The factory inlet and out locations allow for the inlet and outlet to be at diagonally opposing corners of the core.  This provides the best possible airflow distribution through the core's height making sure that all charge rows are used effectively.  The AutoCAD drawn end tanks are as smooth as on the previous EVO intercooler with aluminum metal forming that looks more like artwork than end tank.  Between the tanks is any one of our sizing options with 3", 3.5" or 4" intercoolers as BOLT-ON designs behind the factory crash beam and above the factory undertray.

Cosworth Cams

Ground from new Cosworth billets, these camshafts for the Mitsubishi EVO X will provide substantial power gains while remaining drivable in all conditions. Additionally, these can be installed using the original valve springs if the original rev limiter is retained. If the rev limited is raised, upgraded Cosworth valve springs (20004845) should be used in conjunction with these cams.

We tested the Cosworth cams on a already ECUTek tuned EVOX. The car had intake, full exhaust, upper and lower I/C piping, biggee i/c. Nice MBC. Stock fuel system. One of the strongest cars I have dynoed and tuned so far before the cams install. 91 octane.
 

This is before and after the cam install. Before is tuned and running good. After is cams only, no other mods and not re-tuned. Same boost before and after.

Cosworth High Performance Head Studs

Essential for high performance engine builds, heavy duty head studs reduce cylinder head movement in high boost or high compression engines optimizing cylinder head to block sealing. Cosworth Ultra High Performance Head Studs are manufactured from H11 tool steel with 260,000psi tensile strength and come complete with nuts and washers. Manufactured with hex broach end for ease of installation. Additionally, genuine Cosworth head studs utilize a base seating feature to evenly distribute maximum load on the stud and not the threads. This feature is typically found only in high level race engines.

Cosworth High Performance Head Gaskets are engineered to seal in power under the most
demanding conditions. Constructed from stainless steel with a folded stopper layer, each application features superior sealing compared to conventional multi layer steel gaskets. Centric Stock Brake Rotors

These are stock size high quality rotors. Centric premium rotors feature a double disc ground, taper free finish. Double disc grinding ensures parallelism, eliminates run out and provides near perfect disc thickness variation (DTV). Double disc grinding leaves a non-directional finish on the friction surface area for more effective pad-rotor break in. This special finish also provides quieter and smoother stops.

Centric premium rotors feature 100% fully machined finishes including rotor hats. This extra process provides better rotor balance and creates a cleaner, more finished looking component. Power Slot Directional Vane Slotted Rotors

For the Mitsubishi Evolution, PowerSlot uses a special Power Alloy metallurgy and directional cooling vanes to improve high temperature performance. Excessive heat can cause resins in your brake pad to vaporize or "outgas." As the brake pad wears, the used friction material turns into a fine dust.
