Co-driver: Matt Gabler

Matt and I are both hooked on this rally stuff. He's been co-driving with me since the beginning and we have had some great adventures. We are both crazy about lots of adrenaline and the outdoors. One of the biggest draws to rallying is going to incredibly remote desert and mountain locations with spectacular scenery and roads, and just driving flat out with no speed limits. I think Possum Bourne (New Zealand Subaru Impreza Rally Champ) captured the essence of rally driving when he said something to the effect that rallying is a freeing experience: as I remember he said something like "...you can drive as fast as you want with nobody telling you what to do" -but I would like to add to this- '...nobody except for the co-driver that is.'

Matt is finishing up his last semester on his way to a BS in Biochemistry at Berkeley. He is planning to start medical school soon.
