38MM Wastegate Features

The bolt pattern is compatible with the Turbonetics Deltagate

Features include:

• 347 Stainless Steel Alloy is used for valve and valve housing.

• High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm

• 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature; resists "relaxing" at temperatures to 900F (483C)

• Nitronic 60 stainless steel is used for the valve seat and valve bushing - the same material used in the higher level gates for reliability and longevity

• Wastegates shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware.

Preparing to install on a 2G. 

Diameter of the diaphragm body is 3.75", this diameter is measured at 3" up from the mounting flange surface.

Height is 4.8" to the top of the housing. It is 5.75" if you count all the way to the top of the supplied vacuum fitting banjo bolt.

Installed directly on the number one exhaust runner of a 2G. The A/C fan is retained.

Installed on a cast manifold being used with a Garrett turbo. It is a direct bolt on to this manifold.

46MM Wastegate Features

Features include:

• Nickel based alloys for valve and  Inconel valve housing offer superior product life under the most demanding conditions. (Turbo rotary applications 2000F (1093C) + exhaust temperatures)

• High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm

• 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resists "relaxing" at temperature to 900F (483C)

• Nitronic 60 stainless steel is used for the valve seat, valve bushing, and lower housing hardware

• Color for the anodized aluminum actuator is typically Titanium gray standard.
  (Red, Blue, Violet available when in season, or may be special order, 2-4 weeks)

• We only stock  0.8 Bar (11.6psi) spring pressure

• Note, we try to stock all color, but sometime we don't have that specific color you want.  So when ordering, please specify second color choice.

Replacement air fittings  for all 35's, 40's, 46's, and TiAL BOV.  Comes with 2 banjo barbed hose fittings, 4 aluminum crush washers, and 2 air fitting bolts.  Remember the torque specs on these are hand snug or 6 foot lbs.  Sorry we do not sell the bolts, banjo barb fitting or crush washer separately.

40mm replacement hardware kit.  Consist of 4 stainless steel studs, 8 SS washers, 4 SS Allen head bolts, and 4 SS nut.  Sorry we cannot sell the studs, nuts, washer, or Allen bolt separately.
